DJ Roi has been away for most of 2018, playing keyboards for Killing Joke on their world tour. We're delighted that he has agreed to come and play some records at The Lamb on New Year's Eve. You should come you know, because he almost certainly will be playing your favourite song.
Tomorrow night Dave the Keys will be playing all of your favourite Xmas songs. All you have to do is sing them…
First time at The Lamb! Miss Jones is a rockabilly/blues singer, guitarist and harmonica player based in London. She is influenced by the female pioneers of '50s rock and roll with a double dose of the blues.
She's having a really busy Summer with performances at various festivals in the UK and a weekly Saturday night residency in Hackney. She is also now a brand ambassador for Italian guitar company, Lengardo guitars. We're super excited that she will putting 'the rock into the bop' at The Lamb on Friday 24th August.
Very happy to welcome 'Hackney's Queen of The Blues' for another rocking evening.
Los Chicos Muertos hit the best boozer on Holloway Road again. Playing songs from their brand new album, Quinze Petites Morts alongside their regular voodoo stew of folk, country, blues and chanson!
New Year's Eve is always a laugh at the pub and we're especially excited for this one because our pal vinyl DJ Maximilian will spinning his mix of 80s pop, Punk, Post Punk and more. Let's Dance!
We won't be taking any bookings on this night so don't leave it too late to arrive eh?
On Thursday, Dave The Keys will be playing all your favourite (and least favourite) Christmas hits on the piano. Last year was the best Festive Sing-a-Lamb yet, so we're really looking forward to this one.
For, as St Noddy of Holder once decreed, 'It's Chrisssstmaaaas'!
Expect sprouts.
Honey B returns to the pub. Expect an evening of high octane blues and boogie. Always a cracking evening with Honey B.
We're delighted that Loretta Heywood is returning to the pub. The soulful songstress perhaps best known for her vocals with 90’s electronic band Bomb The Bass (with whom she wrote and recorded the top 5 hit Winter In July) will be doing her souly/reggae/funky thing in The Lamb on Friday 10th November. It will be good - she will be bringing along Hami and Tim from Transglobal Underground
We're very chuffed that Sister Suzie, 'The Little Lady with the BIG voice', will be playing at the pub on Saturday 4th November. Expect an explosive mixture of rocking Rhythm and Blues.
Honey B Mama brings her rocking blues and boogie to the pub on Saturday 23rd September. This is always a great evening.
Los Chicos Muertos hit the best boozer on Holloway Road. Expect country-blues-folk-punk-noir and of course a murder ballad or three!
Pentagrams In Snow is an evening of performance at The Lamb. It will
consist of various acts. There will be music, readings of poetry and prose
and theatre.
Our pals at Hammerton Brewery have opened a tap room just over the road from the pub and as part of London Beer City we are getting together with them to have our very own N7 Beer Festival from 3 to 13 August. Between them, the two pubs are offering 33 different keg and cask lines of tasty London beer to try. Not all in one night obviously.
